CorribRecons is a web application built to automate investor statement reconciliation for private equity fund administration.

The Problem

Reconciling investor statements against internally calculated allocation files is a time-consuming, manual process in private equity fund administration. For every capital call, distribution or NAV reporting period, fund administrators must verify that each investor's statement ties to the fund's own records — line by line, investor by investor. Done manually, this process is slow, repetitive and prone to human error.

The Solution

CorribRecons automates this process entirely. Upload an investor statement PDF and an allocation Excel file, and the platform reconciles every data point automatically — producing a detailed reconciliation report with full audit trail in seconds. The platform currently supports three reconciliation types used across private equity fund administration — Capital Calls, Distributions and NAV statements.

Built for Scale

CorribRecons is built on an extensible schema architecture. As new fund administrators and client layouts are onboarded, the platform's mapping layer is updated — meaning the reconciliation engine works across different statement formats without code changes.
